Do you provide customized design for stamping dies?
Yes, we provide full process customization service, we can carry out personalized design, CAE analysis, optimization of material belt scheme and die structure according to customer's product demand, production process, stamping equipment and output requirements, to ensure efficient and stable production.

How do you ensure the quality of your molds?
We use 3D analysis software (UG, CAM, IML), CAE simulation analysis, CMM measurement and high-precision inspection equipment for strict quality control. In addition, all of our molds have gone through multiple rounds of mold testing to ensure stability and high precision.

What is your stamping dies production lead time?
The lead time is usually 8-16 weeks depending on the complexity of the mold.
Simple punching mold: 8-10 weeks
Standard progressive dies: 12-14 weeks
Large and complex molds (deep drawing + progressive): 14-16 weeks
In case of urgent orders, we can optimize the production schedule and shorten the delivery time.

What kind of after-sales service do you provide?
We provide remote technical support, on-site commissioning service, spare parts supply and mold maintenance training to ensure smooth production.
Warranty: Usually 12 months (under normal use). Lifetime technical support with remote advice on process optimization.

How do you package and transport the molds for export?
Adopt anti-rust oil + moisture-proof film + sturdy wooden box for packaging to ensure the safety of long-distance transportation. Arrange air or sea transportation according to customer's demand, and provide a full set of customs clearance documents (CI, PL, CO, CO, etc.).

What kind of punching machines are your molds suitable for?
Our molds can be adapted to AIDA, Komatsu, Schuler, SEYI, Chin Fong and other mainstream stamping equipment, and can be optimized according to the customer's tonnage and stroke of the press.

Can you provide CAE analysis report of the mold?
Yes, we can provide CAE analysis report, mold flow analysis, molding simulation, deformation rate analysis to ensure the mold meets the customer's process requirements.

What is the service life of your molds?
It depends on the type of mold and material:
Ordinary stamping die life is about 300,000-500,000 times
Precision progressive mold life can be up to 80-1.5 million times (using high wear-resistant alloy steel)
The life of large deep-drawing mold is about 200,000-300,000 times.
