Using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), we monitor consistent processes and compare them with CAD model data. Quality experts conduct rigorous inspections, including roughness measurement, hardness testing, tensile strength evaluation, and visual comparisons of profiles and freeform surfaces. These practices lead to higher quality and fewer defects caused by errors.

After inspection, dies with deviations are corrected by CNC machining or manual adjustment by skilled technicians to meet design specifications and precision requirements. This meticulous approach ensures that every die delivered by Xukun exceeds expectations in accuracy and reliability.
