Tool assembly
Once the die assembly is completed, engineers from various departments participate in the die trial on-site. We test your dies on presses ranging from 110 to 1000 tons, simulating full progressive operation to replicate actual working conditions. After the trial, engineers compile a list of issues for improvement and make adjustments until the die aligns perfectly with the design specifications.
The dies and components we deliver meet all specified requirements and are ready for production in your facility, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
