√   Requirement Analysis & Drawing Review: Collaborate with clients to define die requirements, including product design, production volume, material properties, and environmental standards. Evaluate production processes, detection capabilities, and material suitability.

√   Tool Design:  Determine die type and create detailed designs using CAD/CAE software, generating 3D models and engineering drawings. Optimize designs for cutting force, scrap handling, and die durability.

√   Material Selection & Preparation: Choose appropriate die steel based on the design, then prepare materials through cutting, forging, or annealing to enhance machinability.
